Não é que eu não tivesse tido tempo para pesquisar; na verdade caiu-me um relâmpago em casa e fiquei sem internet. 

Neste momento, a desculpa 'o meu cão comeu o trabalho de casa' não faz cá falta nenhuma...

E entretanto tenho que criar um animal imaginário para desenho. 

It's not that I didn't have the time to research; truth is, my house got hit by a lightning and the internet is not working.

I don't need the 'my dog ate the homework' excuse at all...

And meanwhile I have to create an imaginary animal for my drawing class.
